Scholarship Description:Bangor University is offering an entrance scholarship of 10% off the first year’s tuition fees. Successful candidates who apply to study at Bangor University before the 30th of June, 2011 will be awarded the scholarship. The International Entrance Scholarship will replace the International Scholarship that was previously available.

Regulations:
•The International Entrance Scholarship will apply to students beginning their courses (Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research) in September 2011.
•The International Entrance Scholarship does not apply to students who will be studying Business School Programmes (please see the table below for other schoalrships available)
•Students who receive other types of scholarships from Bangor University or other sources will not be entitled to the International Entrance Scholarship.

Answers Corporation established the $20,000 Answers.com Scholarship Fund to provide funds for deserving students.
This scholarship is for students planning to be enrolled in undergraduate classes during the 2011-2012 academic year. 

Who is eligible for this scholarship?
The following criteria must be met by all applicants:
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or students enrolled in undergraduate classes in college.
  • Applicants must be citizens of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or India.
  • Applicants must have answered a minimum of 50 questions after January 1, 2011 on the Answers.com website. These should be the first answers given to previously unanswered questions on the website.

Law International Scholarships 2011

The University is pleased to offer a range of scholarships to students from Nigeria who show exceptional academic potential and are starting their studies at the University of Sheffield in September 2011.
We are pleased to offer Law International Scholarships to all international undergraduate students starting their studies in the School of Law in September 2011.

The scholarships are worth £1,500 per year each.
Eligibility and Award Criteria:
  • You must hold an offer of a study place and begin your undergraduate studies in September 2011 in the School of Law.
  • You must be self-funding and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes.
  • The scholarships will be awarded automatically - no application is required in first or subsequent years.
  • The scholarships will be awarded unconditionally in the first year of studies. Award in subsequent years of study is subject to the achievement of 60% overall average mark.
  • The scholarships will take the form of a tuition fee reduction.
