Answers Corporation established the $20,000 Answers.com Scholarship Fund to provide funds for deserving students.
This scholarship is for students planning to be enrolled in undergraduate classes during the 2011-2012 academic year. 

Who is eligible for this scholarship?
The following criteria must be met by all applicants:
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or students enrolled in undergraduate classes in college.

Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme for Commonwealth Developing Countries, 2011 in UK

Scholarship Description: Awards are for taught postgraduate courses only. All courses undertaken must be demonstrably relevant to the economic, social or technological development of the candidate’s home country.Awards are only available at participating institutions in the UK. The booklet giving details of the UK institutions offering Scholarships joint-funded with the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in 2011 is available below for download or can be obtained in print copy from the Scheme Administrators.Please note that participating universities are required to support the student stipend for the award holder (at the rate set by the UK Government). The Commission funds the cost of tuition fees (at overseas rate), return airfares and other allowances.Applicants should:
a. be nationals of (or permanently domiciled in) a Commonwealth developing country, and not currently be living or studying in a developed country (please see the booklet for a list of eligible countries)
b. hold a first degree at either first or upper second class level;

The Africa Educational Trust
Eligibility: The trust provides scholarships and bursaries to help support the general education of Africans, particularly African exiles and refugees. Grants are awarded annually. Availability however depends on funding and in any one year may be limited to specific geographic areas on specific subjects. Award Amounts: A range of different awards with different eligibility conditions are available ranging from full scholarships covering fees, maintenance and field work costs to small ‘one-off' book and material awards. International Achievement Scholarships, UK-for Various Countries

International Achievement Scholarships for Various Countries

Scholarship Description: International Achievement Scholarships programme is open to students from any non-EU country applying to study at Sheffield Hallam University who will be enrolling in 2010/11 (January intake) or 2011/12 academic year. All full-time undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses are taking part in the programme.

The scholarships will be awarded to well-qualified students who demonstrate academic, personal or professional achievement in the personal statement on their scholarship application form. Successful applicants will be awarded with a cheque and a certificate to mark their achievement at a Scholarships ceremony following enrolment on their course. This scholarship is not a reduction in fees.
